By arrangement commercial or private MyPlace tenants can have parcels delivered to their rental location and can collect them. Our convenient parcel collection service is here to make your life even more convenient. If you are a customer of ours, you can use this service to have us accept deliveries of goods without any worries.
Using it is simple: you sign a supplementary agreement that allows you to use the service during your rental period with us.
When the delivery arrives at your desired location, we will acknowledge the delivery note from the suppliers for you – saving you time and effort. Please note that all deliveries are accepted at your own risk and responsibility.
Pick-up times vary by location, but don't worry, we'll let you know in person. In some of our stores, collection is available during office hours, while other locations have extended collection hours from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
